How we operate.
Guild FDEs are elite individual operators who will solo the vast majority of projects they touch. Occasionally they will receive a lead that they are too busy to close. Seldom we might see a project that requires more eyes and hands than one operator can provide. When these situations arise, we help each other.
How we share resources.
The house keeps 10% of revenue generated by leads brought by other operators.
The operator who brought the lead will keep 20%.
The operator who executes the lead will keep 70%.
The house will keep 30% of revenue from leads sourced by the guild.
Guild resources are used to support members, member projects and/or their families when needed. The guild pays no salaries and has no meaningful operating costs.
We are a network of talented friends.
The vast majority of operator work is solo work. Operators keep 100% of this. There are no dues or commitments to the guild beyond what's stated here. We finish together what we couldn't alone.
